Shipping Policy
Green Lemon Group Ltd ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://dnelectro.de) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. General

Subject to the stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but please note that the availability of products is dependent on the frequency of updates from our suppliers regarding their actual stock levels. In some cases, the quantity of a product displayed on our website may not align with the current stock available at our suppliers, warehouses due to changes in their inventory. 

We make every effort to fulfill your order completely; however, there may be instances where we are unable to fulfill all the items you purchased at the time of your order. In such situations, we will fulfill the available products and promptly contact you to discuss whether you would like to wait for the backordered item to be restocked or if you prefer to receive a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based. The payment for shipping will be collected along with the purchase. The displayed shipping cost will be the final and fixed price for shipping to the customer.

  • Deutsche Post: €5.99

3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Transit Time
In general, shipments within Germany are in transit for 2 - 4 days.

However, please note that once the package is handed over to the courier service, we are not responsible for any delays in the delivery process caused by the courier service. While we work with reputable courier services to ensure timely delivery, external factors may impact the actual delivery timeframe. We recommend tracking your shipment using the provided tracking number to stay updated on its progress.

3.2 Change Of Delivery Address
Orders placed before 12:00 AM - (GMT+3) will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on German national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

3.3 Change Of Delivery Address

3.4 Delivery Areas
www.dnelectro.de offer shipping services exclusively within the territory of Germany.

3.5 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

3.6 Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us by email: info@dnelectro.de. So that we can conduct an investigation.

4. Tracking Notifications

After your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email notification. This email contains tracking information and the estimated delivery date. To track orders shipped by DPD and Deutsche Post, please follow the instructions below:

Tracking Orders Shipped by DPD:

Tracking Orders Shipped by Deutsche Post:

5. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service by email: info@dnelectro.de. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

6. Duties & Taxes

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website
